UPCOMING IN 2002 AT DIVERSITY

In addition to our continuing exhibition of works from almost 30 local and regional artists, we're planning on some special exhibits in the center gallery.

Feb 14-28 - Jessica Ashworth's "The Ways We Love" will be Diversity's first exhibit of poetry. Diversity has always been open to all forms of art and I'm glad to see that Jessica is taking advantagev of that to share her work with the community.

March 4-31 - Phil Bourgeois' "Untitled Work" will feature a number of Phil's most recent paintings in a solo exhibition at Diversity. (some of his work can be seen online at: http://www.diversearts.com/phil.html )

April 5-30 - "Glassworks" - a group show of works in glass. This show (tentative) still has room for more artists, so please contact us if you'd like to be included.

May 4-31 - H.E. Werner "A Retrospective" I can get my hands on about (tentative) six of Werner's paintings from the 1960s. If we could double that amount to include the full range of his work, it would fill the center gallery nicely and would probably be a very popular show to have up during Leesville's annual Mayfest festival.

June 4-31 - David Labby - "Improvisations" will include recent work from the last couple of years.

(July to December - open)
